View Talay operate a 24 hour security service with cctv on all floors and entrance’s to the Condominium, also there is a key card entry system for residents and guests only.
During your holiday in Jomtien and Pattaya you may want to hire a motor bike or go site seeing contact us and we can help. Don’t forget we also offer escorted tours of Pattaya.
Our View Talay 2 Jomtien holiday condominium room rates you'll find are very reasonable. Below are our charges.
1- 6 days: 1,000 per day Baht
1- 3 Weeks: 5,000 Baht per week
1- 3 Months: 14,500 Baht per Month
4 – 6 Months: 13,000 Baht per Month
6 Months – 1 year: 10,500 Baht per month *
*Guests staying 6 months plus will be responsible for cable TV charges.
*Guests staying for 1 year must also pay for amenities of 3600 Baht a year. (9.86Baht a day)
Maid service is available at 350 baht per day if required.
