Two bedroom holiday home (Bungalow) Pattaya.

This charming two bedroom bungalow is fully equipped with every convenience to make your stay in Pattaya totally relaxing and stress free.

Our holiday homes in Pattaya all have modern comfortable furnishings, European kitchen, cable TV and air conditioning, all in a safe clean modern environment with 24hr security.

This bungalow is located in Soi Khaotalo in south Pattaya and is only a 10 minute drive from the beaches of Jomtien and Pattaya. The Eakmongkol 4 is  where the holiday home is located is very popular with visitors to Pattaya Thailand because of the many facilities that are near by. Below is a short summary of just some of the many facilities to make our guests stay comfortable and convenient.    

Restaurants, Laundry service, Internet, Beauty Salons, Bars, Mini mart, Massage, swimming pool, club house and bar serving both Thai and Western food.

Eakmongkol 4 operate a 24 hour security service with CCTV at the entrance to the project with 24 hour roving security patrols.

During your stay in Jomtien and Pattaya you may want to hire a motor bike or car or may be go site seeing, contact us and we can help. Don’t forget we also offer escorted tours of Pattaya. Many of our guest’s have told us how much more they have enjoyed and seen of Pattaya by just spending one day on an escorted tour.

1- 6 days:                     4,000 per day Baht

1- 3 Weeks:              18,000 Baht per Week

1- 3 Months:             16,500 Baht per Month

4 – 6 Months:           13,500 Baht per Month

6 Months – 1 year:    12,500 Baht per Month *

 

 

*Guests staying 6 months plus are responsible for cable TV charges.

*Guests staying for 1 year must also pay for amenities of 3000 Baht a year.  (8.21 Baht a day)

Maid service is available at 350 baht per day if required.

****All guests are responsible for there own electricity and water usage if staying for more than 14 days.
